Lending Businesses a Hand

Julie Bateman is a virtual jack-of-all-trades. The 28-year-old Barrie entrepreneur offers a one-stop shop for business in need of a facelift through graphic design, marketing, copywriting and digital photography.

juliebateman GRAPHIC COMMUNICATIONS began in September 2003. Bateman says she anticipated the first few months to be slow, but was much busier than expected.

So far, she has designed corporate identities, marketing materials and web sites for resorts, cosmetic companies, and most recently, a Florida adventure racing company.

Bateman's business successes have also been published in an industry book called Graphically Speaking.
